A textured journey through shifting landscapes, “The Traveler” blurs the boundary between the physical world and the inner terrain of thought and memory. With my pallet knife I Layered deep greens and golds rising vertical forms that hint at forest silhouettes, yet their softened edges and diffused light suggest recollections rather than reality. The surface carries the marks of movement deep scraped passages, lingering traces, and fragments of colour mirroring the way memories overlap and thoughts wander. Anchored by a quiet band of blue, the work becomes a passage into the mind’s own wilderness: a place where past and present intermingle, and where each step forward is also a step inward
